The company is really going great in 2025 and last week’s show was all about the drama, the unexpected twists, and the heated rivalries which have been the hallmark of the final stretch of the year.
First of all, if you were not watching the live broadcast, or if you just want to bring the intensity back, the TNA Wrestling 10/30/25 Early Release is available for replay right now — the program is loaded with the moments leading to the championship implications, the promos from the bottom of the heart, and, of course, those indelible moments which are the groundwork of the forthcoming Turning Point event.
🔥 Opening Segment: TNA World Title Picture Heats Up
As TNA World Champion Moose was walking down the aisle, the fans cheered him on. Moose comparing himself to no one in the locker room said as per his dominion, none of them was even close to being a worthy challenger, but Josh Alexander came up and challenged that.
Alexander who is the TNA World title-holder with the longest reign in recent history confronted Moose with their unfinished business from the first half of the year. Them, the two of them, exchanging words and elevating the tension for the big fight which they both projected as coming up soon.
The times were getting closer to being heated but Scott D’Amore intervened and saved them by soothing things down and proclaiming that at Turning Point 2025, Moose will be defending his title against Josh Alexander and one more in a Triple Threat Match. The audience was really up for it — that was how the entire night was, full of expectations.
💪
First match of the night was a throwback to the old TNA days and it featured two smart veterans of TNA who have been there a long time – Eric Young vs Rich Swann in a brief match-up. Back then, both of them were extremely athletic and very clever, but Young eventually lit up Swann with his highly technical and brilliant style and so dominated the match for quite a long time.
Nevertheless, Swann kept getting energy from the very lively crowd and, thus, he was able to stage a stunning comeback, as always, with his agility. The finish of the match was loaded with near-falls and interceptions, but in the end, a perfectly timed Piledriver by Eric Young was what made the difference.
Result: Eric Young def. Rich Swann by pinfall.
Post-Match: Young delivered a very cryptic message right after the meeting of the bell in which he mentioned having bigger chances waiting for him in 2026.
⚔️ Knockouts Division: Tasha Steelz Sends a Message
The Knockouts Division keeps on raising the quality of their shows and it cannot even be questioned that they are the most fan-attractive divisions in the wrestling world. Tasha Steelz vs Killer Kelly was a match packed with speed, power, and rage, and it was the most physical encounter which ideally showed these aspects.
Kelly using an MMA-style offense only for the first couple of minutes Tasha was in a defensive stance, but later, the latter’s stamina and flawless sense of situational awareness in the ring led her to victory. The most exciting moment in the match was when Tasha got out of the submission hold and immediately followed up with the Blackout Cutter for the win.
Immediately after the competition, she took a microphone and called Jordynne Grace out, stating her belief that she was the next one to hold the Knockouts Championship. A loud cheer was the crowd’s response to the statement and that is an obvious indication of what’s coming – a thrilling rivalry between these two gals is going to be the next chapter.
Result: Tasha Steelz def. Killer Kelly by pinfall.
⚙️ Backstage: The System Plots Their Next Move
Locally, the three-headed monster called The System (Moose, Brian Myers, and Eddie Edwards) were very much in the middle of a conversation about their TNA reign of power. Myers spoke for himself when he was telling about how they had already won every single division and he also dropped a hint about them soon bringing a new member to cement their control.
While they were practicing their segment, they were stopped by an unwelcome visitor in Frankie Kazarian, who accuses The System of contriving scenarios to give themselves chances in a dishonest way while at the same time not showing any respect to the TNA legacy. The noise of their argument not only escalates to the point they are almost coming to blows but, also, as a clear sign, their confrontation will be the next
Match 2: The Rascalz vs. Motor City Machine Guns
The audience was enthralled by the action-packed tag team match between The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) against the legendary Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin). Fans were rather enthusiastic for a classic game, and exactly what they received.
Very quick start characterized the match, which was continuous in action. Simultaneous attacks by both team members, fast counter moves, and the crowd was yelling the phrase “This is amazing!” constantly at the top of their lungs. The Machine Though The Rascalz came back with their remarkable upward attacks, guns did their finest by isolating Wentz.
Miguel was doing a meteora from the top rope in the very final sequences of the contest before Wentz double stomp pinned Shelley for the straightforward triumph. Both teams bent to each other following the game, a torch-passing act seen as the ideal metaphor for TNA theme. Where past and future move side by side without any contradiction.
Result: The Rascalz def. Motor City Machine Guns.
Nic Nemeth asks everyone to rise up.
Among others, ex-WWE star Nic Nemeth (f.k.a. Dolph Ziggler) conducted a promo that probably no one could ever forget on that evening. He said he is “coming to steal the show and take over,” not just going on a brief ride down the TNA memory lane.
Thus hiding the identity of the secret opponent for the following TNA broadcast, Nemeth challenged his challenger to show up to demonstrate that. He remains among the best performers in the field. The crowd was excellent and social media was alive with guesses as to who might be present to accept the Challenge.
⚡ Main Event: Josh Alexander & Chris Sabin vs Moose & Brian Myers:
The main event of the night was a tag team duel that could have a ton of different effects. It was an absolutely perfect match in terms of the art of the story being told and the level of wrestling as both of the teams left it all in the ring.
Sabin and Alexander were the perfect duo and for the entire duration of the match, they kept on targeting Myers’ arm, while at the same time, Moose managed to keep the fight even with his power and control. The last several minutes saw the match turned on its head as all four wrestlers went for big moves, close falls, and sudden changes of direction in their battle.
When the referee was being held by Moose and hence was unable to see what was going on, Myers took advantage of the situation and quietly approached Sabin and gave him a low blow. After that, he hit his Roster Cut Lariat to get the win. The System entered the scene and after the victory, they raved about it with great pride and arrogance as the last image of the show was that of Moose holding the TNA World Title up high and staring at Alexander.
Result: Brian Myers & Moose def. Chris Sabin & Josh Alexander
